Joseph Campbell

Around my 30th year, give or take some, Joseph Campbell came into my life.  He answered a lot of my questions.  He was genuine and insightful and spiritual and wise.  He taught me that myth was more than ancient legend, as if that were not enough, he taught me that myth is living.  We each choose our role in our own story.  We choose whether to be heroine or villain.
